Suggest Ways Of Managing Anger

I m 37 years old. Since childhood I ve had problems with attention span, focus and memory. Also, I get upset over the silliest of things like my wife or kid not turning a light off, keeping things neat (be it in refrigerator or bedroom), or especially one where I feel I m not in control. The way I ve been dealing with it is if I feel like it s not in my control I just give up. This had affected all aspects of my life. Can you please help?
