Suggest Ways Of Gaining Body Weight

hi....my weight has reduced to 45 kilos...my height is 5'3 and half....and am really worried,there is absolutely no glow on my face,kindly give me the remedies to gain weight atleast till 50 kilos and get glow on face , as soon as possible,not a long term diet plan...

Hi, first you have to check Your haemoglobin level.sometime anemic conditions give pale look.

In your breakfast Take whole milk with banana.
Take healthy food .Avoid junk foods.
Eat egg one per day not more than one.

Do regular excercise more than 30 min.
In lunch take multigrain Roti.soyabeen can eat.
Frees vegetable can eat.Daily take rice.
peanut butter can also use in diet.

Take proper 8 hour sleep.
Don't Take too much tention.
Take care.

Thanks for asking me this question.

For gaining your weight you have to take healthy diet. For fast increase your weight by eat egg in your breakfast. One egg per day not more than that.
In breakfast take whole milk with banana.

In lunch eat green leaf vegetables like spinach, broccoli etc .Sprout can eat in diet.Multigrain Roti with soyabeen can eat.Small amount rice is use in lunch also.

In dinner eat milk, slad that full of colorful vegetables .Peanuts butter can use in situ or bread.

Drink more water per day.it help you to glow a skin.
Do yoga every day and take fresh air.

Avoid junk food and oily foods.

Eat fresh fruits like Apple ,straberry etc.
vitamin A Helpful to increse your skin glow.
Carrot,Apple full of viamine A.
Take a juice if watermelon,peach juice.
