Understand your concern
You have to consult the gynecologist for safe and successful medical termination of pregnancy by drugs mifepristone plus misoprostol. There is no natural way for abortion. It should be under proper guidance and observation of gynecologist after confirming less than 9 week of intrauterine pregnancy by trans vaginal USG scan. Mifepristone 600 mg orally after meal should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 24 hour. Bleeding and pain start with in 1-2 hour after using last pill. Whole abortion process will complete in 3-4 days. Donot use this at home as it causes excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion , infection that require special treatment. Follow up USG after 14 days for confirmation of complete abortion for safe practice. Surgical procedure like suction evacuation can be used for abortion.
