Suggest Vitamins To Stay Healthy And Fit

I am 24 years old and it's always hard for me to get up in the morning. I always need atleast 10 hours of sleep. My parents say it's in the genes as the whole of my mum's side is like this. My dad's doctor injected him with I think a vitamin B or something, not too sure but other than excercise and drinking heaps of water, is there a vitamin or sort of pill i can take to train myself at the beginning to get into the routine of being healthier and fitter?

This is not the gene related habit but this is life patron that is being made by your self only and this can be changed if you wish, neither this needs any vitamins, you need to be very punctual like happens in military school, take care ( Comment :- Early to bed and early rise is a Gold saying )
