Suggest Vitamin Supplement For Weakness

Hi Doctor , I m kainat 24 years old I want to ask you may I take evion 400mg capsule daily as a supplement as I notice many def. ( I m using osonate D as got vit D def and prescribd by physician and using occu sharp prescribed by eye specialist ) , I think nutritional def is my main problem as Itry to take proper diet but not succeeding so feeling laziness , weakness and some other symptoms.....plz sr kindly help me

Hello Kainat, just read your query and I feel you should have your complete blood count tested as probably you have iron deficiency anemia as well and it could be one of the many causes of general weakness.
I would recommend a high caloric diet for you above 2000 kcal constituting high protein diet.
Try and have small meals frequently and eat atleast 5-7 portions of fruits and vegetables.
Just surviving on supplements won't be beneficial in the long run.
Try modifying your lifestyle and daily living with some exercise daily.
