Suggest Treatments To Reshape Nose

Sir, My name is Mohit. My complexion is too fair but my nose size is too big as it worsens my facials appearance. Everytime I click a picture of myself I have to take a side pose so that the ugliness of my nose remains hidden. I want to get it reshaped but I heard that it can t be reshaped perfectly.I have never undergone any surgery etc. Please suggest me can it be done so, and how much will it cost (please provide an estimate necessarily), and rest of how many days will be required.
