Suggest Treatments For Regular Bowel Movements And Bloating
After using a laxative (Milk of Magnesia) for 3 month--- not using anymore and havent been for about a month, i am struggling with bloating and not producing regular bowel function. I take an all natural 120 billion cells probiotic from Whole Foods but feel that i need to take aditional steps to regulate my system again. Any good suggestions?
HI Well come HCM I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation more concern then I would suggest to stop taking any laxative or even purgative, but you can try more fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep regular habit of defecation, at the most you can use the Isabgol powder it is the stool softening powder, no need to be over conscious even if you do not pass the stool for days, if this is the chronic complaint then systemic disease needs to be ruled out, hope this information helps.
