Suggest Treatments For Premature Ejaculation

Hi, my name is Subham. I am 23 yrs old.

Hi have a problem with my penis. My penis is not sufficient large. It's length is 5" and width is 2 " only. And most importantly, It squirts very quickly within a minute and it gets down.



I want it to be more large and it to hold the power for a long time.



Plz. prescribr me what shall i do.

I have gone through your query.Only 2 and half inches in vagina is sensitive so a 5 inches penis wont be a problem in satisfying woman.You can shave off your pubic hair which may give you confidence about your size.If still you are not satisfied then you can approach an Urologist for surgical enhancement.
For premature ejaculation:You should get rid off anxiety including performance anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many.You can do squeeze and stop technique.You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated.You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation.You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.If all these not helping then you can approach
a psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and medicinal management like antidepressants. SSRIs like Paroxetine or dapoxetine are usually prescribed for this.Hope this may help you.
