Suggest Treatments For Fibroid That Is Causing Compression

i have a fibroid that is about 8.8 to 9 cm and is causing compression (bladder/ureter/ possibly the bowel) I have had two episodes of kidney stones and at times find it difficutl to urinate. Is the only option to surgically remove the fibrooid, is this possible through key hole surgery? i def do not want a full hysterectomy? Would it be safe to just leave it and deal with the discomfort or will this cause damange to my kidneys ?

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have big fibroid that is compressing bladder and intestine , so you are having compressing symptoms ...

So I would suggest you for fibroid removal (as it is symptomatic )....

Fibroid removal or if it is in myometrium than mymectomy can be done ...

No need for whole hysterectomy ....

Laproscopic as well as laser ablations like treatment options available ...

So consult gynecologist for pelvic examination and suitable management options ...

Take care .....
