Suggest Treatments For Disc Protrusion

hello sir,
I have lateral disc protrusion at l4-l5 mild indentation on nerve root.... now i am on physiotherapy and taking NSAIDs ... what should i further do.... pain is there ... since i am on treatment its not aggravated yet ... but what should i do for long term

Hi,
Continue with physiotherapy.
Go for short way diathermy.
Go for Lumbar traction.
Avoid lifting weight.
Take some calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
