Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I would like to offer some suggestions after going through your query. 1. Cephalic presentation means the head of the baby is present in the lower pole and this is the commonest presentation. 2. Placenta is higher up in the uterus and the maturity is corresponding to the age of the gestation, again a normal finding. 3. Amniotic fluid index also is within the normal limits corresponding to the gestational age. 4. The fibroid is of moderate size and based on its location, may not impede the progress of the labor. However, it may impede contraction of the uterus after delivery and careful monitoring is needed. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
