Suggest Treatment To Remove Infected Pimple On Nose

I popped what I presumed to be a pimple on the tip of my nose because it had turned white at the tip. The white puss came out with a tiny piece of hair and then some blood. Now this clear liquid won't stop coming out. I even washed my face after with warm water, dried it and it is still oozing out clear liquid. What steps should I take to make it stop and start the healing process? I also don't want a scar.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that discharge of pus from the bump on nose that also released hair can be most probably due to ingrown hair in which hair present over skin in place of growing in direction away from skin curls back and grown towards the skin and leads to inflammation and pus formation..

As you have popped up the lesion and pus, hair and blood came out, it will now heal gradually..
As far as clear fluid is concerned it seems to be tissue fluid and it is released to bathe the lesion and help in healing faster..

I would suggest you to start clean the area with antiseptic solution and start applying antibiotic ointment over it and keep the area dry and clean..
Let the tissue fluid drain as it will help in healing..
In case if it worsen of shows no sign of consult a General Physician and get evaluated ..
