Suggest Treatment To Remove Hyperpigmentation On Body

yes, hi im dark skin black and i have hyperpigmentation in different ereas of my body. but my biggest issue is i have very dark knuckles, about 3 to 4 shades darker than the rest of my hand and it is very embarassing. i have tried any product on the market that i found, even 4% hydroquinone.... now my question is can laser treatment remove my dark knuckles and what products can i use to have an very even tone and flawless skin.

Hi. Dark knuckles could be due to acanthosis nigricans (acral type). In this case, pigmentation is due to skin thickness. Hence, hydroquinone might not help much. You need to apply drugs which increases exfoliation like glycolic acid or salicylic acid. Hope it helps.
