Hi doctor im 20 years old stil have pimples on my face since i were a teenager,and it spoil my hole face and im getting darkspots on my face,and every time when im walkng in the sun my face dihidrate and getting oilly an after that i getting pimpuls.can doctor pleasse help me.

Your acne vulgaris has not cured yet. You need to continue treatment for this.
Take oral cap of isotretinoin 20 MG once daily at night. Use salicylic acid 2 %face wash twice daily. Apply adapalene gel at night in small amount (pea size). Apply clindamycin gel at day time.
Avoid sun exposure.
