Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of swallowing a stapler pin on Friday evening, got confirmed by X-ray on Saturday that it is in vertical position in upper abdomen, the pin is in the same position on Sunday X-ray, not having any pain.
Such a pin in the upper abdomen which is now looking as stuck in the stomach can be easily removed by upper GI endoscopy if the pin is stuck in the stomach.
Go for upper GI endoscopy as the pin is sharp and can perforate through or get embedded in the intestines.
