ui am 23 yrs old. my weight is 70.5kg. but i have so many fats in my tummy or belly & more fat in my chest. Due to more fat my chest looks like female breast. so, i always ashmed. i don't much time to exercise, though whenever i do exercise i feel very weak, and my breast size still very large. As well as I don’t effort surgery cost. So, what should i do to reduce my chest & tummy fat, please help me?
