Suggest Treatment To Gain Weight

Im a 14 year old girl, and 5 ft tall, but i weigh 38 kg. this makes me extremely underweight. the only problem is that i eat a lot - three meals a day, usually with snacks in between. I also excercise, so i don't really know whats wrong with me. Whats happening?

Thanks for using HCM.
You may be eating sufficiently, but the diet has to be a balanced one.
Plenty of protein needs to to added with sufficient carbohydrate. Fruits and vegetables, milk and other dairy products.
In fact you can take help of a dietitian.
Continue exercise as per your age and stamina and increase little up to your endurance.
If you do not get positive result in few weeks time, you should see a doctor to rule out any pathology.
