Hii. my age is 25 . m very thin.. my weight is 50kgs.. m doing service in accounts department. my job timing 9 hrs daily... every day m walking around 1 hrs by foot... my bad habit is m drink water in a day max 2 ltrs...pls suggest me how to improve my body. & gain some mass . & healty forever

Hi,
You did mention about your weight,but what about your height?

You should check your BMI.You can calculate it as follows;

BMI = Weight in kg/height in metre square,

If you are less than 18.99 kg/m2,then you can be considered to be underweight,
19-24.9 kg/m2 is the normal BMI.

Still,to increase your weight,you can have some multivitamins and good protein supplements as per dose.

If you are a non-vegetarian,consider having an egg everyday,meat and fish three to four times a week.

Drinking 2 litres of water per day is not at all harmful if you do no have any kidney disease.
