Hello,
you can gain weight by eating the right amount of calories per day and exercising with near maximum intensity. If you have no medical problems prohibiting heavy weight lifting then you can consult a trainer for the right exercises and the right way to do them.
The right calories range from 1500 to 1750 per day for your weight but more might be needed if you do engage into an exercise program.
The suggested intensity of exercising is 80-90% of your maximum power which would normally allow you to do 5-8 repetitions each time. You should exercise the whole body and do not forget the core muscles (abdomen, back).
Just over-eating will only get you fat, which usually does not look that nice.
I hope I've helped!
If you have more questions on the subject then please ask again for the details.
Kind Regards!
