Dosage, you asked for, depends on severity of infection. I usually prescribe 300mg 1 capsule daily, for acne. But for severe infection dose may be increased to 2 capsules a day. Your physician can yell you the dosage requirements for you. But I can help you increase the strength and effectiveness of the capsule (bioavailability). Take only with water(not milk) and take it in the morning. Dont take any other medicine along with ™ tetralysal especially multivitamins. I usually recommend taking tetralysal for 4months, as its difficult to fight againt these bacteria and you need to wait and stick to treatment for the time. Oatmeal milk and honey body wash is good for showering for you. Apply Epiduo gel on the pimples twice daily. Use only Eucerin Redness relief soothing cleanser. It will reduce inflammation and is best for skin type you have.
