hi i m ayaz i have a acidity problem before 2 year ago after some days i feel acidity then i drink cold milk then i fell gud but again after some day it happens plzz give me suggestion to control forever....i want to live happy another thing is that i didnot like spicy food ..but i eat chiken n meant to much

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity can be best controlled with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time, therapy need to be continued for at least four weeks, try to avoid heavy meal, coffee, spicy food, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, and stay away from the stress hope this information helps.
