Suggest Treatment To Control Hair Fall And Dandruff
Hi. I am female of 35 years. I am facing hairfall problem from last 2 year. I got 1 year long treatment but nothing helped me. I also have dandruff probelm from childhood. Whenever there is more dandruff, hair fall also increaes. can you please suggest something to help control hairfall

Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Use a good herbal hair oil and shampoo for routine use.
2. Apply an antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion twice daily on scalp.
3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment injection vitamin b12 and mesotherapy done by a dermatologist.
