Tab Rosuvastatin is for high cholesterol.
Tab glycomet and istavel is for diabetes.
Tab cobadex forte is multivitamin
Tab xyloric is for high uric acid.

We can combine this medicines and can reduce your medicine burden actually. Ask your doctor about that.

Do your regular check ups and your FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control.
