Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

In your age high blood pressure is usually connected with other organ disorders.
You should refer to a cardiologist and undergo full cardiology examinations.
Also there is a need to investigate your kidney function. Depending on the results of examinations there may be a need for further investigations.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
