Suggest Treatment To Conceive With Scanty Flow During Period

hello. I am 33 year old. I was trying to conceive from past 2 years but couldn t. Then I went to see the doctor. after doing some verification and tests it was discovered that i have scanty bleeding in my menstrual cycle. doctor advised me to go for endoscopy.Endoscopy results show that uterus tubes and ovaries are normal, no adhesions dye spill positive both sides and Tuberculosis seens over surface of Uterus and tubes. The doctor have now put me under Tuber culosis treatment of AKT 4 for two months. I have been advised to take the first red capsule empty stomach. The two middle tablets after lunch and the last big tablet post dinner. Please let me know if the treatment is correct how much time the treatment is going to take and if tuberculosis is going to be treated in this manner. I am interested in conceiving as early as possible and further i want to ask if any sexual relations during the course of the treatment i m not going to affect my or my partner s health. I have noticed that i m putting more weight since I have started the treatment. please let me know if weight gain is likely to happen. also let me know what are going to be the other side effects of this treatment. Anything more you advise since I am very worried. Do I need to even go for a chest xray because of diagnosis of tuberculosis. Thanks. Awaiting your reply.

The course can vary from 6 to 9 months depending on the extent. 2. During the course of treatment conception should be strictly avoided. So, contraception is advised. 3. This is not contagious, hence, your partner is not going to be affected. Use of barrier method is good. 4. Natural conception in future is somewhat difficult owing to the possibility of adhesions and tubal blocks. Help is always available. 5. Weight gain is natural in the course of treatment and do not worry about it. 6. The need for a chesi X-ray should be decided by your consultant. Please have regular follow up, take adequate rest and a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
