hi this is jeysree i have diabetics for last four year i am 28yr old i have diabetics age 24 for one year i have taken insullin and after that i have shifted to kerala ayurveda treatment still my blood sugar is not under control earlier it is 387 now it is 250 in empty stomach i am facing more promblem in my health my weoght have come dowm to 75kg to 58kg

Hi
your sugar levels and weight loss suggest that your body insulin level is reduced and also you may be suffering from type 1 diabetes.
You should start using insulin. No other oral medications can be as effective as insulin. You will conceive if your ovulation is occuring normally. Get checked for USG abdomen and pelvis once to rule out PCOD which is more common in diabetes.
