Suggest Treatment To Build Up Immunity And Avoid Frequent Cold

my 3 yr old son is consistently suffereing from cold ( runnning nose ) and cough.... whilst we were in the US ..his doctor removed his adnoids and tonsils in Mar this year ... we have still not seen any improvement ...we now live in Delhi ...how do we resolve this ..how do we improve his immuninty levels to fight this on his own without medicines ??? is he allergic to something that is caussing this ??? he has dark circles under his eyes and he has started to get grey hair !! ( he is only 3 years !!! )

Greying of hair at three years is seen in many children now a days due to pollution.
Recurrent cold cough are due to recurrent viral infections and allergy.To decrease it do following things
.no soft toys
.don't take him out at night and early morning
.no chips,cream biscuits, chocolate
.change bedsheets and pillow cover daily
.less curtains
.vaccul cleaning of house
.cover sofa set with bedsheets
.give turmeric milk
