I have had two ectopic pregnancy in the past two years. My first ectopic pregnancy was located in my right tube, however the tube was salvaged. The second ectopic pregnancy was in the left tube and it was not salvaged. The doctor told me that my remaining tube is now partially blocked. He said I am a candidate for IVF. I have researched IVF and I have found that it is only about 25 percent affective which causes me to worry. I would like to know what to do next. Should I get a second opinion? If so where do I go and what do I do? I'm so confused and saddened that I might not be able to have children.
