Hello dear Understand your concern First wait for period for 7-10 days. If it will not come confirm the pregnancy by pregnancy test/blood HCG/USG. If intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days is confirmed, you can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill under observation after proper guidance. Mifepristone followed by misoprostol is safe and effective drug therapy for medical termination of pregnancy if done under observation of gynecologist. Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour. if no bleeding another two doset should be put by gynecologist every 6 hour. Follow up USG should be done after 14 days to know the completeness of abortion process/incomplete abortion. It cause minor side effects like bleeding (more than period), headache, abdominal cramp, diarrhea, nausea, tiredness etc. Do not try this medicine at home as it cause complication like excessive bleeding, failure of abortion, incomplete abortion.
