Suggest Treatment Options For Staphylococcal Skin Infections

Yes..thank you..my husband had a staff infection on his chin with a puss looking boil..doctor gave antibiotics for 10 days..boil is gone.. but now has very bad headache and pain behind eyes forehead and back of neck, dizziness, weakness in arms and legs and feels if he bends over he will pass out..waiting for lime test and CT scan to come back. It is 2 weeks with no release. Other than antibiotics we have tried Aleve..Allegra Allergy (he s has no allergies) and now Excedrin Migraine..nothing is helping..my question is what are we missing.. what should we test for..this is a 43 year old male with NO prior health problems till the staff infection on his chin two and a half weeks ago.

Hi

This could be meningitis and possibly Lyme disease but I would also check for a sinus infection. The ct scan results are very important here
