Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of skin allergy, skin becoming dark with spots on it which occur due to over sun exposure and eczematous allergic reaction. I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and mild soap twice a day. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin and bacteria. Apply kojic acid cream at night and apply Clindamycin gel as well. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 even if your are not under sun exposure to prevent your skin from further damage. If condition doesn't start getting better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe procedure like chemical peeling , microdermabrassin. or may prescribe hydrocortisone cream.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
