Suggest Treatment Option For Loss Of Hair Or Baldness In Males

Hello doctor! Good evening. I am 25 year male suffering from thinning hair line on the front line and little bald patches.. I was using mintop foam 5 about 4 to 5 months. But there was no improvement in hair growth. So I stopped using that. Currently I am using normal coconut hair oil. And wash my hair with onion juice, fenugreek mask about 7 months. Even that I am not getting desirable results about hair growth in the scalp like thinning hairline in the front. Please suggest me a solution to get thicker hair
