Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

The history suggests me that you may be having fungal infection which should be confirmed by physical examination.

The fungus are the normal commensals of the genitals and it can sustain for longer period of time in wet and poor hygiene areas. These fungus are kept under control by helpful organisms , whenever there is a imbalance in the environment it will multiply and produces symptoms.

For the present symptoms I would suggest you to follow

1. Keep the area dry and clean
2. Oral Terbinafine, 250mg,once a day for 2-4 weeks
3. Topical agents like clotrimazole need to be applied daily.
Thank you.
