After going through your query I came to know that you got injury to your hand, you have pain in your wrist, it is not swollen but it has pain .You are advised to get your x-ray done to rule out any bony injury.You can take analgesic such as diclofenac to reduce pain.Till then you can wear crepe bandage. Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you accidentally hit your hand and wrist against cabinet . You have no swelling but movements are painful. It seems to be sprain of wrist. Treatment of it is crepe bandage application and analgesic such as diclofenac. But I will also advise you to get your X-ray done to rule out fracture as fracture of small bones such as scaphoid may occur without much swelling and pain.
