Suggest Treatment For Wrist Cardiac Cath

had wrist cardiac cath. wasn t swollen upon discharge, but that evening swelling went to lower arm, upper arm, armpit. i went back to er it was so swollen with fluid. they did a cat scan of neck, arm, and chest and it came back normal. all is still swollen, although it went down a little. it has been 5 days. could they have left something inside my artery?

There is no question of leaving some thing in the artery.During cardiac catheterization catheter is inserted through the artery into the heart.There is always minor trauma to the intima(inner wall) of the artery.So there is pain and swelling.
