Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Tonsils

I have these white spots on my tonsils not sure what it is. My throat doesn't hurt to bad. I had a throat culture done and it came back negative. Cuz I thought I had strep and my strep throat test also came back negative. The doc gave me antibiotics but they are still there.

Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain white spots over tonsils along with no signs of infection can be Tonsil stones that are calcified structures and are formed due to calcification of food debris and dust over the tonsil crypts..
Although they do not cause any serious illness but can cause bad breath and recurring tonsillitis..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and in case of stones they can remove it manually..
You cn further prevent them from occurring by doing warm saline gargles and limiting intake of dairy products and always gargle after eating anything..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
