Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Breathlessness

Hi I am based in the UK, I have been to see my gp and I m going for a lung function test on Monday but I m freaking out The last couple of months I ve been trying to combat a fairly sedentary lifestyle by Performing more CV exercises and weight training sessions , but lately during my cv sessions I ve been getting very breathless , sweating excessively , having a wheezing feeling in my chest , and getting upper body flushes akin to tingles/pins and needles , a tightness in my chest that all subsides after about a minute or 2 rest , my work seems to have been doing something right as my resting HR now sits below 60bpm and my recovery time is very short compared to when I started, but this is starting to distress me I don t smoke I don t drink and I ve recently lost a good deal of weight when I wasn t huge to start with . I ve no infection that im aware of ,blood pressure is good ,but now sometimes the simplest exertion can create breathlessness . Also (I believe is unrelated to this but is a problem running concurrently) I have a large lump on my leg that from excessive reading seems to me to be an anterior fascia hernia , but I m also showing signs of compartment syndrome in right lower leg , any advice greatly appreciated !

I think the lung function will help as it will let us know the answer to your wheezing. If the lung function turns out to be negative then i would suggest you go ahead and do a post exercise spirometry whereby we will know whether u have exercise induced asthma.
As far as anterior hernia goes that needs to be operated as early as possible to avoid any complications.
