Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have wet cough and nasal congestion in an infant which is due to upper respiratory tract infection and common cold. I would suggest that you should take cough expectorants. You should take anti inflammatory medication such as Levocetrizine. Take diet rich in vitamin B12. You should take antibiotics such as Levofloxacin or Azithromycin for 5-7 days. You should get blood test done. You should get an x ray of the chest and pulmonary function tests done as well. Visit pediatrician once and get it examined. You should use throat lozenges and go rinses with warm saline water. You should Chew a Vitamin C pellet. Take decongestants and mucolytic agents after prescription .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
