Suggest Treatment For Welt Like Lesions On The Face And Body

my son, has been having these welt like lesions on his skin. they appear at random times and then disappear only to reappear, say in a couple of days time. they appear all over his body and face. sometimes they look like small rashes but most of the time like welts or scratch marks which have gotten swollen. they do not hurt but sometimes itch.

As per your history is concerned there are many reasons where such types of rashes can occur.So to make a proper dignosis please share picture of the rash,location,and age of the child.
Do these two investigations-
Full blood count with differential
ESR
Dx-Hives
Causes responsible for hives-
1)food
2)medications
3)common allergens
4)environmental factors
5)underlaying medical conditions
6)genetics
medications which you can taken-
AGROCET TAB 5 mg once per day.
Check if swelling is heavy then short term steroid will be added.
