ok i weigh 245pds and im 5'10 im 21 but weird thing is i really dont look like i weigh that much at all because most evens out throughout my body yes i do have a little gut but where would u say i am on the obese scale and the best way to get rid of it?

I can understand your concern.

At your height , ideal weight is around 150-160 pounds. Your B.M.I is 35. Ideal is within 24.
B.M.I Classification
24-29.9 Overweight
30-40 Obese
>40 Morbid obesity

Don't be disheartened. I will help you out.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
