hi........i started loosing abt 2 years back.....reason can be high stress due to exams and excessive night fall during that peroid.........i also lost 4 kg weight during that period......cut to now......i have a little thinning on my left side..............

Hope the exams went well and would be stress free at present. As you explain that the weight loss is due to stress and intake of food could be restricted due to exam preparations. Now as the exams are over and you would be stress free by now, try to have good healthy meals and follow regular physical exercises. This should help you to gain weight gradually.
