Suggest Treatment For Weakness In Arm Along With Numb Sensitive Cold Finger Tips

Hi,
I have mild stenosis in my neck, and possible thoracic outlet syndrome. My symptoms (at least three years now) are weakness in my right arm (muscles tire easily), and some numbness and sensitivity to cold in my fingertips. I play basketball twice a week, but have been unable to make baskets because I can't control the ball in my hand like I used to.
I go to a chiro regularly, have seen orthopaedic specialists, and had numerous tests -- with no conclusive diagnosis.
What can be done to heal the affected nerve(s)?
Thanks,
Paul

thorasic out let syndrome is compression of blood vessel and nerve. it is aspace between clavicle and first rib. it is croweded with blood vessel and nerve and muscle. it is a narrow space.surgery is in dicated when there is signs of sevior compression. since it is a multiple complication invoving nerve and blood vessel, symptomatic treatment with NASID and physiotherapy is indicated.
