Suggest Treatment For Watery Stools In A Child

My 7 months old son is suffering from watery stools from last 5-6 days. The stool test has revealed presence of reducing substance. He is hospitalized now. And also he is suffering from fever from last 2 days. He is intermittently feeded with mother s milk and home made items. Please can you let us know treatment he has to undergo to stop watery stools and fever. And how much time it will take to recover.

1. Rice saline, 10 tsf after each purging
2. Antibiotic, Azithromycin
3. Paracetamol
4.Diet- Khichuri( chal+ dal+ oil+green banana+chicken meat)
5.Breast feeding or lactose free formula milk.
6. Oral zinc
It take to recover 3-5 days.
