Hi,

Wart is a viral infection. There may be multiple and discrete papular lesions. You consult dermatologist for the firm diagnosis and perfect treatment. There are many modalities to treat warts.

Chemical cautery with TCA or salicylic acid solution, electrocautery, cryotherapy or laser therapy are different methods to treat warts. Immunomodulator like levamisole may be taken.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
