Suggest Treatment For Vulval Bleeding When Diagnosed With Cervical Dysplasia

I have had cervical dysplasia for over five years and it is getting worse. I am now experiencing bleeding from my vulva. I saw a gynecologist about three months ago and he didn t seem concerned about it but I also have incontinence and wear pads all day I am 77 years old and am in pain at my vaginal area. What other doctor should I see about this and is there another treatment

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Bleeding with history of cervical dysplasia in an elderly woman needs to be investigated to find out the cause, so that it can be appropriately treated.
You need to undertake per speculum examination along with Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
