Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Grey Discolouration In Stool
my sister recently had a peg removed a month ago. we were not given any clear guidlines on after care. she has an intellectual disability and and has had the peg for 14 years. recently, i have noticed her stools are grey, claylike and float. she has abdominal distention and is vomiting.... im quite concerned about this but her gp says this is normal. is this normal post peg removal? it was removed 4 weeks ago

thank you for your query. grey stool alongwith the mentioned clinical presentation indicates most likely a liver pathology (OR a complication post PEG removal.) visit a hepatologist/ gastroenterologist at the earliest. regards, Dr Tayyab Malik
