Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

Dear Dr, I am 25 and my husband is 29.We got married on 24th Sep 2009.Due to continuous vomiting ,diarhhea and sleepless nights and many other things instincted me to do a health check up and that ended with a Kidney transplant on 29th Nov 2009, and now he is under frequent check up s at coimbatore(Native) to monitor his sugar,creatinine and blood urea level s.I am working in Tata consulting services,Chennai,Tamilnadu.He was working as a project engineer in a Constructions Firm.He is not supposed to work for another year.We are not financially so sound enoguh but managable.He has no mother.His father was his donor.I hope you understood the clear picture with this brief.Now,I have few things to ask you I need your advice w.r.t my career,depressions,decisions etc....

The question here is not about vomiting a diarrhea ; it is about the career of a wife about -career,depressions,decisions etc.... Whose husband is kidney transplanted.
This is a very personal and serious question pertaining to life-time decision and you have to take the final decision first of considering your mental status, your understanding with your own life, your consultation with your parents, the husband and the father-in-law.
This is always a collective decision.
On the top of all is your conscience so that there should be no grudges, guilt and unsatisfied life in future.
