Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

My girlfriend was having minor symptoms of a UTI..but now it seems like she may have a stomach virus, throwing up and diarrhea. I know there is the possibility of a kidney infection, but it was really 1-2 days she had any symptoms. Should she just stay in bed s d hydrate or should she been seen by a doctor?

hello
give her lots of fluids like juices,water,soups, fruits to keep her hydrated...give her Electrolyte water to balance her lost daily minerals n vitamins...Perinorm medicine can be given to control vomiting!
