Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

Hello, A few hours ago i felt sick, felt like i wanted to vomit and felt the need to go to the toilet as i felt i had diarrhea. After doing my business i began to vomit, recent food/liquids i took came out but i noticed small flakes of green stuff, i dont know it a lot came or a little as my eyes were very watered up. I read on websites on what it can be, i believe its green bile (lightish green) but im not sure what to do

Thanks for your question.

I can understand your concern.

There is likely possibility of stomach infection possibly due to food in your case.

Green colored vomitus is most likely due to bile.

You can try antacid with antiemetic like Pantoprazole with domperidone.
Try to have adequate liquids to prevent dehydration.

If there are continuous vomiting and you can not have oral liquids in that case there may be need for intravenous medicines with hydration.

If there is fever or persistent vomiting and diarrhea there is need for antibiotics, in that case better to consult your doctor.
