Suggest Treatment For Vision Problem

Hi, I will warn that this may be a little lengthy but I really need all the help I can get. I first noticed there was something wrong with my vision in November of last year. I was in my room and the only light source was the T.V and a green little light from the computer monitor. I looked to the left and I saw the light kinda dragging in a way, like a trial a light, but it was fast every time I looked left or right. This continued on with other light like city lights at night while I sat in a car. Or any light that came from a circular source. Later on I began noticing black spots against the bright snow and then little white circular spots in my vision ( and like white tiny little floaters). I use to only see these against the snow but it started getting worst that I know see it at day when I look straight ahead or at the sky. The thing is I only see these when there s sunlight. NOW, it s progressed much more that I don t want to go out anymore. At night in a dim or dark room I still see the trail of lights, sometimes a trail of my own hand when I move it across my vision. I can t use my laptop or ipod with the brightness high it was to be on the lowest because it hurts my eyes. and I cant read white letters on a black background because it messes with my eyes. When I take pictures the flash of the camera stays on my vision for a long time. There are a few more symptoms that I haven t listed but that s it for now. PLEASE HELP ME!
